Suicide Helpline Victoria
Suicide Helpline - Victoria provides specialist, confidential, telephone counselling and is available throughout Victoria, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, for the cost of a local call (mobiles extra). Interpreters can be arranged for non-English speaking callers.

Mensline Australia
The only service of its kind, Mensline supports men who are dealing with family and relationship difficulties, particularly surrounding family break-down or separation. The service offers anonymous telephone support, information and referral for men around , 24 hours a day, seven days a week for the cost of a local call.

Care Leavers Australia Support Network (CLAN)
Care Leavers Australia Support Network (CLAN) is a support and advocacy group for people brought up in care as State Wards, Foster Children or children raised in Children's Homes, Orphanages or other institutions. CLAN also supports those who have a close family member who was placed in "care". www.clan.org.au

The Department of Human Services is Victoria's largest Government department and employs over 12,000 people directly and over 80,000 people indirectly through organisations such as hospitals and aged care facilities, ambulance services and community service agencies. www.dhs.vic.gov.au
The Centre for Excellence in Child and Family Welfare
The Centre for Excellence in Child and Family Welfare is the peak body in Victoria for organisations providing services in this field. CAFS is a member of the Centre for Excellence.
