The head office location (Ludbrook House) in central Ballarat provides:
- a wide range of placement and support services for children and young people
- a variety of family support services
- programs for men and their families
- family violence services
- services for young people and men at risk of homelessness
- financial counselling
- several other programs as detailed in the list of programs and services on other pages.
Ludbrook House is also the main administration centre for CAFS.
Wozzles Warehouse is located in the basement at Ludbrook House.
Other CAFS locations in Ballarat include the Early Childhood Parenting Centre in Chisholm St and two residential care units for children and young people.
