Foster Carer Ronnie Rosenow was awarded Citizen of the Year at the Ballarat Australia Day presentations.
The board and staff of CAFS congratulate Ronnie for her achievement. Acting CAFS Chief Executive Officer, Michael Brandenburg, described Ronniw as an inspiration.
"Knowing there are people like Ronnie in our community who are prepared to give so much for the good of local children is inspiring for our foster care team and all at CAFS," he said.
"She will surely also be an inspiration to others in the community who are acting as foster carers or who are considering doing so."
Michael said there were now many maturing, confident teenagers and young adults growing forward in the Ballarat community who can thank Ronnie for the opportunities they were given during their formative years.
