I am experiencing connection issues and/or the internet seems slow. What can be done to fix this? All network providers are experiencing high demand (mobile network congestion), resulting in calls dropping out or being unable to connect, as well as slower data connections. Where possible, connecting to your own internet at home should improve performance. As we roll out the Virtual Private Network (VPN), you will be connecting straight into the Cafs secure network, which means no need to use the Remote Desktop. We will be discussing this with the management team on how to roll this out to our remote users. If you’re not on an unlimited plan, you may need to monitor any increase in your internet usage.
