The COVID-19 pandemic has left many worried about moving roles when there are so many unknowns. We understand that risking job security and leave entitlements with their current employer means many are hesitant to consider new opportunities.  Acknowledging this, Cafs plans to still actively recruit throughout this period. We are open to negotiating flexible start dates with successful candidates to ensure they are able to navigate the unknowns of the pandemic before commencing a new role with us.
