Our Central Intake service

Our service ensures that callers to Cafs are provided with an initial assessment, which quickly identifies whether they are to be provided with Cafs programs and services or a referral to another service provider that is more appropriate to assist them.

During 2017–18, over 2,000 clients contacted the General Intake service, with a majority of them presenting with financial difficulty issues.
