If you are a professional at another ISE or have a request under a legislated information sharing scheme (e.g. MARAM, CISS/FVISS, Child Protection etc.) you can either contact the Cafs practitioner(s) directly if you already work with them or email privacy@cafs.org.au.
Please ensure you have stated which Act or scheme covers your request, your organisation, your role or right to know, and any other applicable requirements of the scheme or Act.
Alternatively, if you are requesting information about a client which is not covered by an information sharing scheme, please attach written consent from the client to share their information. Standard requests will be responded to within 14 to 30 days. If your request is urgent, please let our team know in your request, along with information about the cause for the urgency.
