My placement at Cafs within The Orange Door was a rewarding experience that deepened my skills and confidence. The team was supportive through my placement and encouraging with the transition into employment, a year later I have been successful in advancing up a level as a Child Wellbeing Practitioner. I’m now proud to be part of the SIT and triage team, continuing to grow and support families.
