New dates for Cafs Post Separation Co-operative Parenting Program

Cafs has new dates available for our FREE Post Separation Co-operative Parenting Program (PSCPP).

The program is structured to provide practical assistance to parents during a challenging period. It features three sessions, each lasting two hours, conducted over the course of three weeks.

Participants have the option to attend face-to-face sessions or choose an online format if geographical or other constraints are a concern.

Program goals include:
  1. Learn how ongoing parental conflict affects children and their needs.
  2. Get tools to handle parenting arrangements in a child-focused way.
  3. Develop skills to reduce conflict and communicate better with your co-parent.
  4. Help your children maintain a positive relationship with both parents.

Before joining the group sessions, each parent will have a short one-on-one interview to ensure the program is right for them.

Dates:
  • Online – (Wednesdays 5-7pm) Oct – 16th, 23rd and 30th
  • In Person – (Wednesdays 1 – 3 pm) Nov – 13th, 20th and 27th
  • Online – (Wednesdays 5-7pm). Dec – 4th 11th and 18th.
