Housing support for young people
Life can feel uncertain at times, but support is always within reach.
Through our Creating Connections program, Cafs supports young people aged 16 to 25 in the Hepburn and Moorabool regions who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness. We work alongside local partners to help young people find and maintain safe, stable housing, while building the skills and confidence needed to live independently.
