If you're experiencing housing insecurity, Cafs can help.

Our local entry points in Bacchus Marsh and Daylesford offer assessment, planning, and connection to support services—including short-term crisis and/or transitional accommodation where available.

Please note: Ballarat’s housing entry point is operated by Uniting Ballarat.

Our team responds quickly to urgent needs and works alongside you to explore safe, sustainable housing options.

Advice and support for people living within the Moorabool and Hepburn areas

If you’re experiencing homelessness or at immediate risk, we’re the entry point for support in the Moorabool and Hepburn areas. We offer:

  • Crisis response for people experiencing primary homelessness
  • General housing advice and support
  • Transitional Housing Management
  • Intensive case management for people in transitional housing
