Tenancy Advocacy & Advice Program & Tenancy Plus

Facing housing uncertainty can be overwhelming—but you don’t have to face it alone.

Our Tenancy Advocacy and Advice Program supports renters in understanding their rights and responsibilities and how to navigate challenges to help prevent eviction.

With training from Tenants Victoria, our team offers tailored guidance, practical support plans, and strong advocacy to help you stay in your home.

Support for public housing and private renters

Everyone deserves a safe, stable place to call home. Whether you're renting privately or living in public or community housing, we’re here to support you through housing challenges, big or small.

Our team provides brief, focused support, helping you negotiate, understand your rights, and prepare for VCAT if needed. While we don’t offer case management, we’re here to guide you with confidence.

Tenancy Advocacy and Advice Program

If you're living in private rental and facing issues with your rental agreement, property conditions or rental provider, we offer practical advice, respectful advocacy and clear information. We support:

  • Private renters facing disadvantage
  • Rooming house residents
  • People in residential or caravan parks
  • Retirement village residents

Tenancy Plus

If you're in public or community housing and need help to establish, maintain or stabilise your tenancy, we offer tailored advocacy and support. Whether you're just moving in or facing challenges that put your tenancy at risk, we provide case management based on your needs, working with you to find solutions and stay safely housed.
